By using the 8iii website or app, you are deemed to have accepted all of the terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any of our services.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 8iii platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, as all three documents together form the complete usage policy for the 8iii platform. Users must be at least 18 years of age and must reside in a region of Bangladesh where online gaming is lawful under applicable legislation. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
8iii reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

To create an account on 8iii, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may only operate one account; opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. Verification of the mobile number or email address provided at registration is mandatory.
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. 8iii will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from sharing this information with a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false information or forged documents will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.
To keep your account secure, we strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This measure helps protect your account from unauthorised access.

While using the 8iii platform, you must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Rude, threatening, or fraudulent behaviour toward other users is strictly prohibited. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
The use of any automated software (bots), hacking tools, or unauthorised scripts on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage will result in account termination. We monitor for suspicious activity and reserve the right to conduct investigations where necessary.
You may only use the platform for your own personal entertainment and in your individual capacity. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is not permitted. Adhering to responsible gaming principles is an ethical obligation for every user.

All financial transactions on the 8iii platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). We accept deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each transaction and are detailed on our payments page.
Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting purposes. Identity verification must be completed and any applicable wagering conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be approved. We reserve the right to place any withdrawal request on hold if fraudulent activity is suspected.
In compliance with our anti-money laundering policy, we verify that all deposited funds come from a legitimate source. If unusual or suspicious transaction patterns are detected, we may request supporting documentation and reserve the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities. Records of all transactions are securely stored on our servers.
Separate terms apply to bonuses and promotional offers. You are required to read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus, as withdrawals cannot be processed until all wagering requirements have been met.

8iii is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues on the platform. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and involve no human intervention. If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, we will endeavour to refund the wagered amount, though this cannot be guaranteed.
All content on the 8iii platform—including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics—is protected by our intellectual property rights. Copying, reproducing, or commercially exploiting this content without our written permission is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
Our platform may contain links to third-party game providers or payment gateways. 8iii is not responsible for the services or privacy practices of these third parties. It is your responsibility to review their own terms and conditions before using any third-party services.

8iii reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, particularly where there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, money laundering, or other dishonest activity. Where possible, we will notify the user before closing their account; however, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior warning.
You may also request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be returned through the standard process; however, bonus funds will not be refunded. Even after account closure, we may retain your information for a specified period to meet our legal obligations.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in a competent court in Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions as needed. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform and, where applicable, inform you via your registered email address or mobile number. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page.
